SPLASH!!!!
That was the first noise Lil Quinn heard after being turned inside out and flung through space time. That splash was the sound his body made when it landed in a hot spring after being spit out by the rift in mid air.
He surfaced, coughing and sputtering, having inhaled a lot of water. After all, he hadn't exactly expected to end up under water today. He pulled himself out of the spring and wondered what the heck had just happened. He was soaked, but oddly enough he wasn't cold at all. In fact, it suddenly wasn't looking or feeling much like August anymore...
"Mewbry...?" he called out. No answer. "Biscuit?" Nothing. "Hello?" Nada. He stood up, dripping wet, and started walking. Mewbry had been pulled into that weird rift thing too, she had to be around here somewhere. He had to find her.
